Yasmina El Amine

Yasmina El Amine is a researcher and PhD candidate at University College London (UCL), working at the intersection of energy transitions, social justice, and climate policy in the SWANA region. She is also a Research Consultant at the Arab Reform Initiative, where she leads research on energy and climate justice in Lebanon and Tunisia. Her work examines how governance, political economy, and global power structures shape energy systems and development pathways, drawing on critical and decolonial perspectives to explore questions of inequality, exclusion, conflict, and the everyday realities of energy transitions.
