Combating IFFs in Chad and CAR

The project “Inform, Train, Act: Strengthening Transparency and Governance Against Illicit Financial Flows (IFF) in Chad and the Central African Republic” is funded by the European Union under the SecFin Africa project. It Is implemented by Noria Research in partnership with the Bureau de Conseils, de Formations, de Recherches et d’Etudes (Bucofore) in Chad and the Centre centrafricain de recherche et d’analyse géopolitique (CCRAG) in the Central African Republic.

It aims to contribute to the fight against illicit financial flows (IFF) in Chad and the Central African Republic and is structured around three complementary pillars:

1. Production and dissemination of gender-sensitive knowledge ;

2. Establishment of dialogue frameworks between civil society organizations, journalists, and public institutions ;

3. Capacity building for young professionals.

This project was launched in mid-January 2026.
