Yasemin Dildar is an associate professor of economics and the associate director of the Center for the Study of Muslim & Arab Worlds at California State University, San Bernardino. She holds an M.A. in Economics from Middle East Technical University in Türkiye and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her research explores gender and development, macroeconomics, and feminist political economy. Her work has been published in journals such as World Development, The European Journal of Development Research, Population and Development Review, Middle East Development Journal, Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Economics, Journal of Economic Policy, Social Science History, Social Politics, and Review of Radical Political Economy.
