Piotr Schulkes

Piotr Schulkes is a consultant working on the Middle East based in Norway. His research focuses on economic diversification in the Gulf, with a special interest in renewable energy and sovereign investments in domestic industry. He is a graduate of the University of Oxford, holding a master’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies.
