Xavier Houdoy
Xavier Houdoy is Research Scholar at Noria’s South Asia Program (SAProg) and founder of its Cartographic department. A PhD candidate at the French Institute of Political Geography (Paris 8 University), his thesis deals with contemporary state dynamics in India’s North-East region, while his wider research interests question the use of space as a dimension of social and political power competition.
