Sixtine Deroure

Sixtine Deroure is a PhD candidate in political sociology at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, attached to the UMR Développement et Sociétés and associated with the CEDEJ in Cairo. She works on the institutionalization of the different categories of martyrs officially recognized by the Egyptian state since 2011 and the current production of public mourning.
