Rodrigo Caballero Díaz is a Mexican investigative journalist, based in the state of Michoacán.
He has been covering issues of Human Rights, Indigenous Communities, Organized Crime, Autodefensas Groups, Community Police and Environment in the states of Michoacán, Guerrero and Veracruz.
Rodrigo has extensive field experience in Mexico.
His work has been featured in multiple Mexican media such as Pie de Página or Amapola Periodismo. He has participated to the collective investigation of “El país de las dos mil fosas”, awarded of the Gabriel Garcia Marquez Prize in 2019.
