Cécile Jeanmougin

Cécile Jeanmougin is the assistant director of Noria Research.
She holds a MA in International Development from Sciences Po Paris. She has previously worked in the Middle East and North Africa, both in institutional organisations such as the French Embassy, UNDP or the Heinrich Böll Foundation and in grassroot organisations committed to social justice.
