Rebeca Rodríguez Borrajo
Rebeca has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Management from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), a master’s degree in Public Management from Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública (INAP), and certifications in Public Socioeconomics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), and Administrative Leadership, Human Resources, Acquisitions and Leases from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
For the past 23 years, she has collaborated with various municipalities and Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), reinforcing her experience in institutional development, public finances, development planning, and public budgeting. In 2018, the Public Management of the State of Mexico awarded her the Municipality Management Award for her project A Success Story: Strengthening Municipal Public Finances, Challenges and Perspectives, Tlalnepantla de Baz.
Additionally, she has worked with diverse public institutions, implementing mechanisms and practices that efficiently improve their financial structures and institutional capacity.
