Etienne Dignat

Etienne Dignat is a Ph.D. student in Political Theory at Sciences Po. His work focuses on the ethics of war and negotiation with terrorist groups. He analyzes hostage-taking and the issue of ransom payment as a phenomenon combining ethics, diplomacy, law, and economics to assess the relevance of the practice in the current international context.
